Score International, registered and with its principle place of business at Marketing 31, 6921 RE Duiven, is responsible for processing personal data, as stated in this privacy statement.
In our processing we adhere to the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation privacy legislation. This means that:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are younger than 16 years. However, we are unable to check whether a visitor is older than 16. What is the purpose and on what lawful basis do we process personal data?
Score International processes your personal data for the following purposes:
If you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details to process your order and to keep you informed about its progress.
To make shopping at Chasin’ as pleasant an experience as possible, with your consent we save your personal details and data relating to your order and the use of our services. This enables us to personalise the website.
If you consent to this, we use your e-mail address to inform you about the development of the website and about our collections, brands and campaigns. If you no longer want this, you have the option of deregistering on our website.
When you place an order at Chasin’, we save your details on a Secure Server if you indicate that you want this. You can specify a password so that you do not need to enter your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details with each order.
Data regarding the use of our site and the feedback we obtain from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our website.
We can also use your data if we have a legitimate interest. This is to offer customers the best and most personalised service. This applies to:

In cooperation with Klarna, Score International offers you the option to pay in arrears. If you opt for payment in arrears, Klarna will conduct a credit check, which can mean that a credit assessment is carried out.

The app that provides the service is downloaded via a third party app store. We have no influence on which personal data the provider of this app processes and for what purpose. We recommend that you read the relevant provider’s privacy statement.
Accessing, rectifying or erasing data
